Service Fees and Clarity
Fees cover May’s time, planning and coordination for one Bangkok move, one home and a household of up to 2 adults and 2 children. All hours are total allowances, including preparation. Both the activity limits and time limits apply. Pre-arrival preparation can begin up to 30 days before arrival for Essential Arrival and Home and Settle, and up to 90 days for Family Relocation. Extra work is quoted before it starts.
Professional Scope
Rent, deposits, temporary accommodation, driver fares, school fees, visa and government fees, insurance, translations, professional fees and purchases are separate. Final scope, availability and any applicable tax are confirmed before booking.
Transparency Points
School admissions, bank account approval, visa decisions and rental acceptance are decided by the relevant provider or authority. May coordinates the process; outcomes are not guaranteed. Lease explanations are practical assistance, not legal advice.
